MMC provided Design-Build services to demolition the existing tenant space and structure.  Included was the construction of the new structure and finish out of interior spaces.  Included new walls and finishes for Dinning room, Kitchen, restrooms, and storage spaces.  Included new Electrical and Plumbing systems.
